Graco is pleased to announce the launch of a revolutionary new FRP gun line available separately or combined with reliable Glas-Craft® single colour gel coat systems and chop systems. The Graco RS Gun represents a new era in FRP spray and chop gun technology.

- Tool-less blade design - change blades in seconds right on the production line while virtually eliminating nicks and cuts, results in more uptime.
- High output cutter is extremely light resulting in better chopping control and fewer strands of means less chance of tangling.
- External anvil adjustment - adjust anvil tension to correct cut variations due to anvil and blade wear without any disassembly or tools.
- One hand cutter speed control - adjust glass output on the fly without any tools
- The gun has an ergonomic handle and is extremely light - sprays longer with less fatigue.
- Unique needle clamp system eliminates the need to adjust needle setting after routine maintenance - results in more uptime.
- Quick disconnect front head for easy, quick nightly shut down.
- Air Assist Containment (AAC®) is standard on all RS guns - more material on part, less on the floor - saves material costs.
- O-rings and seals are solvent resistant - whole gun may be placed in solvent, virtually eliminates downtime for unscheduled maintenance.
- RS Gun hose connection kit, ref. 257754 - Allows quick and easy Graco RS gun connection to most Glas-Craft® and competitor systems - usually in about 10 minutes.
